Shipping Information:

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. You may specify your preferred carrier but additional charges may apply.

Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5 pm PST) are processed and shipped within one to two business days, provided that items that you ordered are in stock, and not on backorder. Please allow one additional day for processing. If your shipping information does not match your billing information, there may be a delay in processing your order. For customer protection, all orders are subject for review, this includes credit card authorization.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
1. Unopened items can only be returned within 14 days upon receipt of your package. Please e-mail us in advance to let us know that you will be returning an item, prior to sending them back to us. Refunds will be released once the returned items have been inspected. There will be a 20% restocking fee assessed to the returned items. The original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded with your return. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs for items coming back to our warehouse.
Items that are sent back without any notification is subject to a 50% restocking fee. The credit from your returned items will be issued as a store credit valid for 60 days.

2. All ribbon and fabric orders are FINAL SALE. No returns will be accepted.

3. Cancellation of orders have to be made within 24 hours of your purchase and please note, that there will be a cancellation charge of $3.00 for every cancelled transaction. Any cancellation requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Buyers are responsible to pay for returned items' shipping charges and items have to be sent back with Delivery Confirmation. Any returned items lost in the mail without a tracking number, will not be refunded.
