TrimWeaver Privacy Policy

TrimWeaver's privacy policy covers how TrimWeaver treats personal information that TrimWeaver Collects and receives, including information related to your past use of TrimWeavers products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, phone numbers, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

In the reference of creating better customer satisfaction experience, TrimWeaver collects your transaction information, including compiling them in our database system. TrimWeaver reserves the right to use these data to market its business or strategic alliance moves. TrimWeaver will not disclose any of these data to a third party company.

TrimWeaver does not sell, rent, or share any of the information or data mentioned above with other people or nonaffiliated companies except upon request from you or if we receive the permission to do so from you. These conditions must be in written and signed by both you and us to be valid.

Trimweaver Return Policy

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
1. Unopened items can only be returned within 14 days upon receipt of your package. Please make sure to notify us that you are returning an item, prior to sending them back to us. If you did not notify us in advance of a return, refunds will NOT be issued. Refunds will be released once the returned items have been inspected. There will be a 20% restocking fee assessed to the returned items. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.


2. All ribbon and fabric orders are FINAL SALE. No returns will be accepted.

3. Cancellation of orders have to be made within 1 hour of your purchase VIA E-MAIL, and please note, that there will be a cancellation charge of $3.00 for every cancelled transaction. Any cancellation requests after the hour will not be accepted.
