We ship within the United States, Canada and most international countries. For shipping rates, please fill out the address and select the correct shipping method in the checkout page. The shipping calculator on our web site will provide you with the most accurate rates and shipping options. Please note that your payment will not be processed until payment information is entered.
Trimweaver Shipping Policy
1. Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed. Orders are usually processed within 2 - 3 business days.
2. Processed packages are picked up and shipped within 1 business day.
3. Orders placed on the weekend (Friday after 6PM(PDT) to Sunday 12:59PM (PDT)) will be considered placed on Monday.
4. Shipping schedule (US Only): If the United Postal Service is closed in observance of a public holiday your order will be shipped the following day that the United Postal Service reopens
6. Free delivery confirmation on USPS parcel post and priority mail (US Only)
7. If you prefer other means of shipping please contact us before you place your order. Handling fees may be applied.
8. FREE SHIPPING (U.S. Only) is a complimentary service to customers who purchased over $75.00 worth of goods. Purchases utilizing our FREE SHIPPING option is shipped using the most economical shipping method, not always the fastest. If you wish to expedite your shipment, please DO NOT opt for the FREE SHIPPING service but select Priority Shipping for your purchase. Additional charges apply.
9. Shipping insurance is optional. If you would like to insure your package please contact us before you make your purchase. Extra fees will be applied.
10. International order custom forms will be marked as "other" unless otherwise specified.
11. Any Taxes or Duties for internationals orders are the responsibility of the purchaser and/or recipient of the package.
12. The safety of your package will no longer be our responsibility once it leaves our facility. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail or mishandled by postal or courier service carriers. Any damaged or lost packages should be addressed with your local post office or courier office. We will try our best to provide you with tracking information and will work with you to locate your package. However, we will NOT re-ship any packages that are lost or damaged outside of our facility.
